1. Nina, how do your mornings begin? Is there something quiet or almost invisible that you do before the world starts to move?

NINA

Before I became a mother, my mornings were carefully structured, I followed my rituals almost religiously. These days, since my daughter wakes up even before the world begins to stir, I’ve had to let go of that precision. Looking out of the window and intentionally watching the trees move has become my invisible ritual. There’s something deeply calming about it, a quiet reminder that everything is as it should be. No matter what the day holds, the trees are always there, steady and grounding. Their presence gives me a feeling of safety, of stillness within motion. It’s such a simple moment, yet it connects me back to myself, to that inner peace that’s so easy to lose in the rush of everyday life.

2. Your home feels like an extension of you. What guides the way you shape a space? How does its light influence how you feel and create?

NINA

We finished our dream house a year ago and our intention was clear from the very beginning — to create a space that would serve as a white canvas for art, design, and life itself. My partner is a true design lover and collector and I think his discoveries perfectly complete our home and mirror both of our personalities. The space feels like an ongoing conversation between us.

Light is the invisible architect here. Thanks to the large glass surfaces and the central atrium, the house is filled with daylight all year round. Being surrounded by nature, I often find myself watching how the shadows move and change with every season. It’s like a quiet rhythm that connects the inside with the outside. This connection with nature gives me a deep sense of calm, a feeling of freedom and lightness that constantly nourishes me.

3. Your garden seems very present in your life. What have the plants taught you about time, patience and attentive care?

NINA

We spent the whole summer living outside in our garden. As autumn began to approach, I had this tender, almost nostalgic moment, realizing how much I would miss the freshly picked fruit, the scent of herbs and roses, the outdoor showers, bare feet on the grass, and that quiet feeling of freedom

Then fall truly arrived, and suddenly I could see the hills more clearly through the bare trees. The garden welcomed new guests, birds and squirrels coming to feed, and I found myself falling in love with the smell of burning wood. My senses are tuning into different rhythms now, new sensations that shape the way I perceive the world and my inner life. The garden keeps teaching me that, just like in nature, life also follows a bigger plan. The old must fall away so that something new can begin to grow.

4. Have you always imagined becoming a mother? Has motherhood changed the way you create?

NINA

I have always been fascinated by the inner world of children and the way they feel and experience things. I’m so grateful to have become a mom, it has transformed me in many ways. I’ve let go of my preconceived notions about who I should be, and I feel that this shift is reflected in the way Icreate. I try to work intuitively, without seeking external validation. Also - like for every parent, motherhood has completely changed my perception of time, and I’m learning to be more efficient and intentional in everything I do.

5. What would you say to a woman who wishes to live both motherhood and creation with honesty? How to find a rhythm that feels possible and kind?

NINA

I would say: ask for help and give yourself a time. Don’t be too hard on yourself. Realizing that I don’t have to participate in every creative project to nurture my creativity has been such a relief. Whether it’s cooking or simple play with my daughter, all of these moments can be guided by my creativity.

When it comes to my professional life, I’ve learned that I cannot create without proper alone time. I need space for my thoughts, so asking for help and carving out that time from my family is absolutely essential.

6. Congratulations on your work as a stylist, we really love it. Your work seems to empower women through presence rather than performance. How can clothing and styling help someone inhabit herself more fully?

NINA

Thank you so much,  I’m really happy to hear that. In my work, I always try to bring the focus to the woman herself, while adding a touch of refined, thoughtful styling. I’m the kind of woman who, when she finds the right piece, buys two more in different colors and wears them for years. I try to strip away distractions, and comfort is always my priority. From my perspective, when we find pieces in our wardrobe that truly feel like home, our personality has the space to shine.

7. Which woman has left the strongest imprint on who you are and how you create?

NINA

My mom is the kindest person in the world. Thanks to her, I’ve always learned to see the good in people, something I now consider a true gift. More generally, I’ve been very fortunate to be surrounded by caring, empathetic, and supportive women throughout my life, and each of them has taught me a piece of the puzzle that shapes who I am and how I create.

8. How does your approach to skincare with ROWSE reflect your overall philosophy of beauty and self-care?

NINA

I’m a minimalist in almost every aspect of my life, and the same goes for beauty. I don’t believe in complicated routines or endless experimenting. I prefer to rely on a few high-quality products that I truly trust.

With ROWSE, I’ve found that simplicity can be incredibly powerful. Products feel pure and intentional, exactly what my skin needs. This kind of care gives me a sense of balance and calm. For me, beauty and self-care are about feeling at ease in my own skin: connected, grounded, and authentic.

9. Can you share a moment when a ROWSE ritual made you feel particularly nurtured or confident?

NINA

I still haven’t quite reached the point where I dedicate as much time to self-care as I’d like, but every time I use ROWSE products, I feel like I’ve truly done something for myself. There’s something about the textures, the scents, and the simplicity that instantly grounds me. The Boosters, especially, give me that little extra feeling of indulgence, a small ritual that feels almost like a reward. After using them, I always feel this quiet confidence, knowing my skin is deeply nourished and glowing. And it actually works, my skin radiates every time.
