Products
  • Are your products organic?

    Yes. We have the ability to source and incorporate organic ingredients into our formulations with the rare exception of certain plants that are very difficult to find in organic crops.

  • Are your products vegan?

    Yes. ROWSE products do not contain animal by products.

  • Are your products cruelty-free?

    Yes. ROWSE products are not tested on animals.

  • Do your products contain any common allergens such as dairy, gluten, soy, nuts or eggs?

    Some of our oils are nut-based but all of our products are vegan, gluten and soy free. See each product page for more details.

  • Do your products contain any preservatives?

    ROWSE oil-based formulations contain a natural antioxidant called Tocopherol (Vitamin E), it is dissolved in Glycine Soybean Oil (0,02%). Our water-based formulations contain cosmetic preservatives allowed by Ecocert and COSMOS.

  • Do your products expire?

    Yes. Each product has its own expiry date indicated on the outer packaging and on the bottle. Look for the period-after-opening (PAO) symbol to identify the useful lifetime of your product (number of months) after its package has been opened for the first time.

  • Do you source your ingredients sustainably?

    Yes. All ROWSE ingredients are sourced sustainably. Please refer to our sustainability page for more information.

  • Where are your products made?

    The country of origin of our raw ingredients varies depending on the type of plant. We are committed to sourcing most of our ingredients in Europe, close to home (Hemp comes from France, Hazelnut from Italy, our clays from Spain) but sometimes we can only source ingredients in the country where the plant is native (Ghassoul is only available in Morocco, Matcha in Japan). All ROWSE products are then manufactured and packaged in Spain.

  • Are your products vegan?

  • How should I store my ROWSE products?

    We recommend storing your products in a cool, dry, dark place, especially the cold-pressed oils and floral waters that are more delicate.

  • Can you recommend which products to use depending on my skin type?

  • Are your products safe during pregnancy/ breastfeeding?

    If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, it is best to avoid products containing essential oils, such as our Night Serums and Body Oils. However, we do offer a selection of organic raw ingredients that are safe during pregnancy. We especially recommend our range of Plant Oils to help you keep the skin hydrated and enhance elasticity just when you need it the most!   • I have very sensitive/reactive skin, can I use your products?

    We offer a wide selection of products that do wonders for sensitive skin. For a complete routine, please check ROWSE Routine for Sensitive Skin (LINK). But just to be safe, we recommend that you test your products on a small area such as the inner arm. If there’s no reaction during the following 24 hours, you’re good to go!   • Can I use the Night Serum during the day?

    ROWSE Night Serums have been crafted to make the most of your beauty rest. They contain essential oils that are photosensitive, and so, we do not recommend using them before sun exposure.

  • Can I return the glass bottles?

    We do not offer this service currently, but we encourage you to follow your local community's rules on recycling glass.

  • Do you offer refills?

    We do not offer refills yet. But we are currently working on providing a refill solution in a way that is the least harmful to our planet.

  • How can I track my order? / Where is my order?

    All orders are trackable. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with a DHL tracking number. This way you will be able to know where your order is and when will it arrive.

  • I changed my mind; can I return my order?

    Yes, you can return an item up to 30 days after your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be sent inside the original packaging. Please kindly note that shipping costs are at your charge. Check our Shipping & Returns page for more information.

  • What are your Shipping Fees?

    Spain: €5 or Free Shipping for purchases above €50

    Europe: €7 or Free Shipping for purchases above €70

    U.K.: €8 or Free Shipping for purchases above €70
