*By participating in this contest, you expressly and unreservedly accept these terms and conditions (as well as all applicable laws and regulations).

If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you are requested not to participate.

No purchase is necessary to participate or win. a purchase does not increase a participant’s chances of winning.

ARTICLE 1 – Organising Company

ROWSE, SIRET 842 266 561 00021, registered address 128 Rue La Boétie, 75008 Paris, FRANCE (hereinafter the “Organising Company” or “ROWSE”), organises a free contest with a random draw, without purchase obligation, called the “ROWSE EU November Giveaway” (hereinafter the “Contest”).

The modalities for participating in the Contest and the modalities for appointing the winners are described in these Terms & Conditions (hereinafter the “Terms”).

The Contest is open to the following territory: European Union.

ARTICLE 2 – Eligibility

The Contest is open to residents of the European Union, aged 18 years old or more at the time of participation (the “Participant(s)”), excluding employees and personnel of the Organising Company, ROWSE, and partner companies related to the operation, as well as members of their immediate families (spouses, ascendants, descendants, siblings).

Participation in this Contest is personal and nominative. The Organising Company may at any time require proof of identity and reserves the right to cancel participation if the Participant cannot justify identity or fulfilment of the eligibility rules.

Failure to comply with the eligibility rules or any behaviour considered contrary to applicable law or to fair conduct on the Internet may result in the nullity of the participation.

To participate in the Contest, access to the internet is required and a valid email address must be provided. The email address submitted at entry will be the address used to contact the Participant if selected.

ARTICLE 3 – Contest Announcement

The Contest is announced on Rowse official communication channels and websites.

ARTICLE 4 – Participation Modalities and Conditions

4.1 How to Participate

The Contest runs from 10/11/2025 (00h00 CET) until 30/11/2025 (23h59 CET) (the “Contest Period”).

To enter the draw, Participants must provide their email address via the dedicated Contest entry form.
By submitting their email address, the Participant accepts these Terms.

4.2 Participation Conditions

Only one participation per Participant throughout the Contest Period will be taken into account.
Multiple entries using multiple email addresses are strictly prohibited.
Incomplete, erroneous or late entries will not be considered.

ARTICLE 5 – Designation of Winners

Winners will be selected by random draw on 01/12/2025 among all valid Participants.

Winners will be notified by email using the email address submitted at entry.

ARTICLE 6 – Prizes and Prize Delivery

6.1 Prizes

Five (5) complete ROWSE routines are offered as prizes.

Approximate retail value per prize: 300€ tax included.

Prizes are non-modifiable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
No monetary alternative will be offered.

6.2 Delivery

Prizes will be delivered via email or postal delivery method as indicated in the winner notification.

6.3 Additional Notes

Only the strict quantity indicated above will be awarded.

The Organising Company reserves the right to change the prize in case of force majeure or if circumstances beyond its control require it. No compensation or reimbursement will be due as a consequence.

ARTICLE 7 – Liability

The Organising Company cannot be held responsible if, due to force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, the Contest must be modified, shortened, extended, suspended or cancelled.

The Organising Company cannot be held responsible for any technical malfunction, internet connection issues, incorrect routing of emails, hacking, fraud, or any external malice affecting participation.

Any fraud or attempted fraud will result in disqualification and may give rise to legal proceedings.

Participation is under the sole responsibility of Participants. Participants are responsible for protecting their equipment and data.

The Organising Company declines all responsibility for any incident or accident occurring during or resulting from the prize usage.

If the email address submitted is not functional, the Organising Company has no obligation to attempt to retrieve the winner via other means.

ARTICLE 8 – Personal Data

Personal data is collected and processed for the purpose of managing participation in the Contest, in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

Data is processed by ROWSE.

Data will be retained for a maximum of three (3) years.

Participants have a right of access, rectification, deletion, portability, limitation and objection to processing, which may be exercised by contacting: [insert DPO email address ROWSE uses].

Participants may submit complaints to their local competent data protection authority.

ARTICLE 9 – Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, texts, images, videos and elements relating to the Contest are protected and remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.

Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

ARTICLE 10 – Disputes

Any claim related to the Contest must be sent in writing within one (1) month following the end of the Contest Period to:

Only the Organising Company’s internal technical logs and systems shall be considered authoritative in case of dispute.

ARTICLE 11 – Governing Law

The present Terms are subject to French law, subject to compliance with applicable local legislation.

In the event of dispute and failing amicable resolution, the competent French courts will have jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
