Chef-artist Kaitlyn Reinhart grew up playing in fields and forests in her native Canada. Fascinated for as long as she can remember by vegetables, herbs, plants and flowers and all the different flavors they had to offer, she found in cooking a way to express her love for nature, but also her personality and her creativity.
Clara Quintana plays with images, lights and objects to create spaces, ambiences, and stories that move us. She works as Art Director with some of our favourite brands and designers, and she is also behind the lighting concept of our creative studio in Barcelona. We meet her in her home, where we speak with her about light and objects, about well-living and well-being.

Matcha always gives a very special touch to anything you add it to, but curiously I had never thought of mixing it with cheese or with any other food... but when I knew that ROWSE had Matcha Powder as one of their raw ingredients, I got inspired to give it a try mixing it with a classic ricotta recipe.

The Geométricas Hot Springs, anciently called Cajón Negro, are inmersed within the majestic beauty of the Villarica National Park, near the town of Coñaripe. These are the result of an ambitious project carried out by architect Germán del Sol. By constructing with wood and noble materials, he sought to take nature into geometry so as to achieve a harmonious whole. This new, original thermal complex is located next to the Aihué stream, which has abundant water sources.

A thick fog had set early that morning of an already rainy April. The atmosphere was almost too heavy to bear, but already I knew I was going to enjoy myself very, very much. I had been wandering on my own for a little more than a week then. Spending these moments alone was the only way I found to truly connect to my immediate environment, and it still is.
"I love light and textures on deserted areas and colours and lushness from wilderness. I always feel very drawned towards inhabited areas and discovering remote locations. One of my lately favourite one has been Peru, exploring the secret valley of the Incas, Cusco and the Salinas de Maras was one of the most beautiful and unexpected places I’ve ever seen."
