Sensitive skin with dark spots
You have sensitive skin. Sensitive skin is more reactive than any other types of skin and it can experience premature ageing (you start noticing dark spots). It has a tendency to feel itchy or irritated, especially after cleansing or a hot shower. It is important to know that potential triggers can include environmental aggressors (sun, pollution, change of temperature), stress, hormones and even lack of sleep.
This routine will focus on restoring balance and hydration and reducing the appearance of dark spots. We’ve designed three phases for your skincare routine: day, night and a weekly mask.
The right combination of plant-based ingredients will help purify, hydrate and nourish the skin effectively.
01 - Cleanse your face with a botanical soap and gently pat dry with a clean towel.
02 - Spray the floral water onto your face.
03 - Without letting your skin dry out, apply 4-5 drops of organic oil. This combination will replace your ordinary face cream.
04 - Repeat these three steps at night time. End up the routine with a few drops of essential oil as a treatment.
Once a week, gift yourself with a face mask to scrub, detox, purify or hydrate your skin.
