Shipping & Returns
We currently ship to Europe, the UK, the U.S. and Canada.
Standard delivery takes 1-3 business days within Europe and 3-5 business days to the U.S.
Please first allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order.
Standard shipping is free when you spend €70 or more for Europe and UK, 50€ or more for Spain, €100 or more for the U.S. and Canada.
ROWSE is not responsible for delays or mistakes in shipping deliveries that include, but are not limited to the following: customs delays, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers to international carriers.
Due to BREXIT shipments for the UK could suffer some delay, also due to BREXIT and from the 1st of march, you might have to pay duty fees.

You can return items up to 30 days after purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange your item, please send us an email at email@example.com.
