Are your products organic?

Yes. Our raw ingredients are certified organic. 


Are your products vegan?

Yes. Our products do not contain animal byproducts.


Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes. Our products are certified cruelty-free. 

 

Do your products contain any common allergens such as dairy, nuts or eggs?

Some of our oils are nut-based but all of our products are vegan. See each product page for more details.


Do your products contain any preservatives?

Our oil based products contain tocopherol (vitamin E) which is a natural antioxidant, our water based products contain preservatives allowed by Ecocert and COSMOS. 


Do your products expire?

The average shelf life for our products is 6-12 months, depending on the product but for optimal freshness, we recommend using within the first 6 months of purchase.


Do you source your ingredients sustainably?

Yes. Our ingredients are sourced sustainably. 


Where are your products made?

Our products are sourced from different places in the world and they are packaged in Spain.


How should I store your products?

We recommend storing our products in a cool, dry, dark place, especially the cold-pressed oils, essential oils and floral waters.

Why is my Summer Body Oil semi-solid?

Our Summer Body oil contains coconut oil which is semisolid under 24 ºC. Warm the bottle with your hands for a few seconds or place it under warm water to liquefy the blend when necessary.

 

Are your products safe during pregnancy/ breastfeeding?

During pregnancy, it is best to avoid our Organic Essential Oils and other products containing essential oils, such as our Night Serums and Body Oils. However, we do offer a selection created specifically for pregnancy, to keep the skin hydrated and enhace elasticity just when you need it the most!

 

How should I use the Facial Roller & Gua Sha?

After applying your favorite Plant Oil or Night Serum, use the Roller or Gua Sha to massage your face. Appling gentle pressure, massage with a sweeping motion going from the centre of your face towards hairline and neck.

 

How do you clean the Gua Sha & Roller?

Wash with warm water and soap after each use.

 

I have very sensitive/reactive skin, can I use your products?

We offer a wide selection of products that do wonders for sensitive skin, and have even created a ROWSE Routine for Sensitive Skin. We encourage you to always test the products on the inside of your arm during 24h before applying to your face, just to make sure there is no reaction. Can I use the Night Serum during the day?

ROWSE’s Night Serums have been mindfully crafted to make the most of your beauty rest. Our Night Serums contain essential oils that are photosensitive and we do not recommend to use them before sun exposure.

 

Can I make my shipping plastic-free?

We are working on making all of our orders plastic-free by creating a new compostable shipping bag coming out very soon!

 

Can I return the glass bottles?

We do not offer this service currently but we encourage you to find out about your community's local policy for recycling glass.

 

Do you offer refills?

We currently do not offer refills. We are still working on how to provide this solution in a way that is the least harmful for our planet.

 

Do you offer any samples? I am reluctant to buy a product without trying it first.

We are currently working on offering samples in the near future.

 

Do you offer any wholesale? I would love to distribute your products.

We currently do not offer wholesale.

 

I changed my mind, can I return my order?

You can return items up to 30 days after purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

How can I track my order? / Where is my order?

All orders are trackable. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your DHL tracking number. This way you will be able to know where is your order and when will it arrive.
