It arises from the need to actively listen to ourselves in our day-to-day lives in order to connect with our essence through the creative energy of movement and the healing power of plants.

Book your classes

Each body is unique, and so will be our approach. Classes available for all levels, both in Spanish and English. At the end of the practice, an infusion or herbal tea will be offered. You will also be able to indulge in ROWSE’s collection of 100% plant-based skincare essentials.

The healing power of breath

Classes will be focused on dynamic and creative vinyasa flows, working profoundly on flexibility and joint mobility. We will use meditation and breathing exercises as a tool to reach higher states of consciousness through the physical form. The goal is for practitioners to leave with a stronger connection to themselves and to all sentient beings.
