Mala experiencia

Hice el pedido para un regalo hace quince días y llego deteriorado, la caja y la lámina estaban mojadas porque el agua de neroli se salía. Después de varios mensaje sin contestación, conseguí contactar a través de Paypal y gestionar la recogida del paquete para su devolución. A día de hoy nadie ha contactado conmigo para informarme del estado de la devolución, ni cuándo obtendré el reembolso. Así que, sobre el producto lamentablemente no puedo opinar pero, la atención al cliente deja bastante que desear. Una pena en una marca que cuida tanto otros aspectos.
